1. Platform Use

In-SpectPro provides workflow tooling, reporting assistance, media organization, and AI-supported draft generation for building inspectors, code inspectors, and field teams.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, reviewer access, and the accuracy of any content delivered to clients through the platform.

3. Messaging and Notifications

Operational SMS or email notifications may be used for sign-in verification, account events, and report delivery updates. Consent and opt-out flows must be presented during onboarding where legally required.

  • Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS.
  • Reply HELP for account support instructions.
  • Carrier messaging rates may apply.

4. Output Review

AI-generated summaries are assistive outputs. Inspectors remain responsible for reviewing findings, code references, measurements, and final deliverables before distribution.

5. AI Consent and Cookie Notice

By using AI-assisted drafting features, you acknowledge that AI output is advisory and subject to inspector approval. Cookie use and consent handling are described in the Cookie Policy and AI Consent pages.
