In-SpectPro provides workflow tooling, reporting assistance, media organization, and AI-supported draft generation for home inspectors and inspection teams.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, reviewer access, and the accuracy of any content delivered to clients through the platform.

3. Messaging and Notifications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from In-SpectPro. Message types include: account sign-in verification codes, inspection assignment alerts, report delivery notifications, and billing or subscription events.

Consent is not required to purchase or use the platform. You may use In-SpectPro without providing a phone number or opting in to SMS communications.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. A confirmation message will be sent upon opt-out.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for messaging purposes are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how messaging data is stored and used.

4. Output Review

AI-generated summaries are assistive outputs. Inspectors remain responsible for reviewing findings, code references, measurements, and final deliverables before distribution.

5. AI Consent and Cookie Notice

By using AI-assisted drafting features, you acknowledge that AI output is advisory and subject to inspector approval. Cookie use and consent handling are described in the Cookie Policy and AI Consent pages.
