1. What We Collect
Account details, contact information, inspection media, structured findings, permit or code notes, and delivery metadata may be collected to operate the service.
2. Service Providers
Third-party providers may process authentication, cloud storage, delivery messaging, and analytics in support of the platform. Their access should be limited to operational need.
3. Retention and Security
Customer data should be encrypted in transit and at rest, retained according to documented policy, and removed according to account-level retention settings where supported.
4. Customer Control
Teams should be able to request export, correction, or deletion of account-level data according to applicable law and service agreements.

6. Mobile Communications and SMS Data
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, that number is used solely for operational service messages — account verification, inspection alerts, report delivery notifications, and billing events.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your opt-in data is associated with your account and is never transferred to unaffiliated third parties for advertising or marketing use.
How SMS data is stored and used: Your phone number and opt-in status are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to In-SpectPro systems and service providers operating on our behalf (such as SMS delivery platforms). These providers are contractually limited to using your data solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
Retention: Your SMS opt-in preference is retained for as long as your account is active. If you reply STOP or delete your account, your opt-in status is updated immediately and no further marketing messages will be sent. You may also update notification preferences in your account settings at any time.
